Nourish Women's Retreat - Estate King Room

The Mackenzie Room, where the main workshop will be held, is part of the historic 1842 homestead. It is a lovely light filled space with period accents of the era. The Parlour Room, the second space we will be utilising, boasts plenty of natural light and fresh country air with direct access to the homestead veranda via French doors.

The Lounge is a lovely informal space with an open fire and cosy leather couches. It is the perfect space to relax and unwind outside of the arranged workshop schedule. A welcoming space to get to know some newly made friends perhaps!

Friday 30th May 2025

Arrival and check-in from 4:00pm 

Onsite accommodation in an Estate King Room OR Twin Share Room.

Complimentary welcome beverage, informal canapes, charcuterie and mini meals for our meet and greet from 6:00 - 7:30pm.

Saturday 31st May 2025 

Cooked buffet breakfast available from 8:00am in Gracie's Restaurant 

Morning workshops with morning tea from 9:00am - 12:00pm

Chefs choice buffet lunch including 2 dishes plus sides, condiments and drinks 

Afternoon workshops with afternoon tea from 1:00 - 4:00pm

2 course dining package in Gracie’s restaurant for dinner from 6:30pm

Dessert and beverages by fireside from 8:30pm

*Brewed coffee, traditional and herbal tea, EnergyFizz and a selection of milks on offer throughout the day, paired with a seasonal whole fruit basket.

WORKSHOP CONTENT

The morning workshops embrace you in a very safe and respectful environment, where you will be guided through a deep understanding and appreciation of who you are (or who you are not)  and how to move through the challenges of womanhood with grace, love and understanding. You will be given the opportunity to come home to yourself, stand in your power and have the tools to go forth with confidence and excitement for life. Think nature, learning and growth, individual activities and self-reflection amongst some other wonderful things.

The afternoon workshops aim to dive deeper into the shadows of yourself. You will be invited to shed old beliefs, stories and baggage that no longer serve you. There are so many beautiful things about you, and we want you to be your biggest supporter. 

Special guest Sarah “Ferris” Ross from @theshed888 will be facilitating some small group work in the afternoon sessions. She is an absolute goddess and has magic hands, literally! If you haven’t had the pleasure of meeting or working with Ferris before, she is an intuitive reiki healer..but that doesn’t come close to what she is capable of. Ferris will hold a circle with a talking stick, oracle cards, sound healing and individual touch healing.

Over the weekend, Ferris is also offering massages outside of the workshop times. There will be limited spots available. 45 minute sessions for $50 (cash only & paid directly to Ferris). These are optional and are not included in the retreat package. There may be the option of individual healing sessions over the weekend too..more to come on that.

All the sessions are designed to help you realise you already have what it takes! You can and will generate whatever it is you want. That sparkle within you, the butterfly feelings you once had..we’re getting them back!

PRICE OUTLINE

There are 2 options. Each option includes all of the components of the ‘package outline’ above. The choice you will need to make is if you have your own King Room or if you are sharing with someone in the Twin Share. The Twin Share can be someone you know that is attending, or if there are other women attending solo, who are happy to share with someone they don’t previously know, this can be arranged.

*The only aspect of the weekend that you will need to pay for that is not included in the above cost, are the beverages you consume during the 2 course dinner on the Saturday evening.
